How can we help?

Everything you need to get the most out of TermLift — quotes, output, privacy, pricing, and fixes.

What TermLift does

What is TermLift?

TermLift helps you negotiate better supplier deals. Drop in a quote and the free Quick Analysis gives you a deal score, the key red flags, an estimated savings range and a verdict. The Negotiation Playbook then turns that into ordered asks, fallback positions, leverage and a ready-to-send email. If you would rather not run the negotiation yourself, TermLift can negotiate it for you.

What types of quotes can TermLift analyze?

Supplier quotes, renewal notices, order forms and contract emails across SaaS, IT and infrastructure, logistics and business services. It works best on B2B quotes with a price, a term and line items. Consumer purchases are out of scope.

What TermLift is NOT

TermLift is not legal advice, not a guarantee of savings, and not a replacement for reading your contracts. It is a starting point that gives you leverage and structure. Always review the outputs yourself and consult a professional for legal or financial decisions.

Uploading quotes

How do I upload a quote?

You have four options: paste text directly into the text box, upload a PDF file, upload an image (PNG, JPG, or WEBP), or take a screenshot of a pricing page or email. Just drag and drop or click the upload area on the analysis page.

What file formats are supported?

PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, or plain text paste. Maximum file size is 10 MB. For best results with images, make sure the text in the image is clearly readable.

Can I analyze an email from a vendor?

Yes. Just copy the email text and paste it directly into the text input. You can include the full email — subject line, body, pricing tables, terms — and TermLift will analyze all of it.

Analysis output

What is included in Quick Analysis?

A deal score from 0 to 100 with its breakdown, the key red flags with their severity and why they matter, an estimated savings range, and a verdict on what is already solid. It does not include the detailed asks, fallback positions, email drafts or negotiation rounds. Those are the Negotiation Playbook.

What is the Negotiation Playbook?

The execution layer for one deal: ordered negotiation asks with quantified impact, fallback positions, your leverage, what you can offer in return, must-have versus nice-to-have savings, and a ready-to-send negotiation email in the tone that fits the relationship. It also covers every follow-up round on that deal.

Can TermLift analyze vendor replies?

Yes. Once a deal has its Playbook, upload or paste the vendor’s reply as a new round. TermLift records their offer, explains what changed against the previous position and prepares your counter. Rounds are unlimited on that deal.

Is the AI always accurate?

No. AI can miss details, misinterpret terms, or make errors. TermLift is a starting point for negotiation, not the final word. Always review the outputs against your original documents before acting on them. If something looks off, it probably is. Trust your judgment.

Privacy & data

Are my uploaded quote files stored?

No. Quote files are read in memory and discarded when the request ends. The text extracted from them stays with the deal only until the Playbook has been built, the deal closes or 90 days pass. The analysis and the structured deal facts stay until you delete the deal.

Is my data private?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, database access is enforced per account with Row Level Security, and your documents are never used to train AI models. Anthropic processes the extracted text under its API terms and does not train on it. The Security page lists exactly what we do and what we have not done yet.

What if I upload confidential documents?

Treat TermLift like any cloud-based tool. Do not upload documents you are contractually prohibited from sharing with third-party services. Your text is sent to Anthropic’s API for processing. See our Privacy Policy and Terms for full details.

Account & pricing

Is Quick Analysis really free?

Yes. No card, no trial clock. Try one quote without signing up. Create a free account for up to 4 Quick Analyses, saved deals and the Negotiation Playbook.

How many free Quick Analyses do I get?

One without an account on the try page, and up to 4 with a free account. Playbooks, emails and rounds on your existing deals never count against that number.

What does the Negotiation Playbook cost? Is it per deal?

€29, one time, per deal, paid by card via Stripe when you request it; the invoice arrives by email. It covers everything on that deal: the asks, fallbacks, leverage, the email and every follow-up round. There is no subscription.

What happens after the early-access period?

Until 30 September 2026 every Playbook is free. After that, the first Playbook on any account stays free and each further one is €29 per deal. Anything you built during early access stays yours.

How does TermLift Negotiate work?

You submit the deal with your objective, alternatives, competing quotes, seats or usage and any relationship context. A negotiator reviews it and confirms the scope with you, then runs the back-and-forth with the supplier. You follow every status change in the app and approve the outcome.

How is the 20% success fee calculated, and what are verified savings?

The fee is 20% of verified savings, with a €500 minimum, invoiced once the contract is signed. Verified savings are the documented difference between the supplier’s original written quote and the final signed price for the same scope and term. Reductions from a smaller scope, fewer seats or removed items, credits and non-cash concessions, and taxes are not counted unless agreed in writing. No savings, no fee.

Does TermLift contact vendors without my approval?

No. We only contact the supplier after you have submitted a negotiation request and confirmed the scope with us. Nothing is agreed without your explicit approval, and you sign the contract yourself. TermLift never signs for you or binds you.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings and choose “Delete account”. Your saved deals, analysis history and account details are removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Troubleshooting

What if the analysis fails?

Try running it again. If it keeps failing, the document may be too long or in an unsupported format. Try pasting just the key sections as plain text instead. If the problem persists, email hello@termlift.com and we'll help.

The analysis doesn't match my document

AI can misinterpret content, especially from images or complex PDFs with tables and fine print. For better results, try pasting the key sections as plain text instead of uploading a file. If the analysis is way off, let us know at hello@termlift.com so we can improve.
